Sergio Garcia (Spain) was found to be the only player who did not pay the 100,000 pound (approximately 160 million won) fine imposed by the DP World Tour.

On the 5th, the DP World Tour delivered ‘additional news about the disciplined player’ through its Internet homepage.

According to this, “out of 17 players fined for 크크크벳 participating in other tour events in June of last year, 16 paid the fine.”

In June of last year, the DP World Tour imposed a fine of 100,000 pounds on its players after participating in a LIV golf tournament sponsored by Saudi Arabia without permission.

The DP World Tour released a list of 16 players who were fined on the same day, explaining that “Garcia did not pay the fine, and he did not indicate that he would pay it in the future.”

“If Garcia continues to disobey the disciplinary action, we will take appropriate action.”

The day before, it was reported that Garcia, Lee Westwood, Ian Poulter, and Richard Bland (above England) had withdrawn from the DP World Tour, and it was interpreted that this was a measure to avoid paying the £100,000 fine imposed by the DP World Tour.

However, the DP World Tour revealed that Westwood, Poulter and Bland had paid fines, and only Garcia was confirmed to be unpaid.
