The Toronto Blue Jays have snapped a three-game losing streak.

Toronto defeated the Seattle Mariners 4-3 on 24 April at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington, USA. The win snapped a two-game losing streak.먹튀검증

Starting pitcher Alec Manoa pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing three runs on four hits (one home run) and four walks while striking out six. Manoa, who had struggled to a 6.18 ERA on the season prior to this game, has shown some improvement since returning from an adjustment in the minors.

The bullpen of Tim Mayza (one scoreless inning), Eric Swanson (⅔ scoreless inning), Trevor Richards (one scoreless inning), and Jordan Romano (one scoreless inning) held on for the win. At the plate, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit his 17th home run of the season. Brandon Belt chipped in with his eighth home run of the season.

Seattle starter Brian Wu took the loss, allowing four runs on six hits (two home runs) and one walk while striking out seven in six innings. At the plate, Mike Ford hit his 11th home run of the season, but it wasn’t enough in the loss.

Seattle got on the board in the bottom of the second when leadoff hitter Carl Rowley led off with a single and Mike Ford followed with a two-run homer.

Toronto got on the board in the top of the fourth when leadoff hitter George Springer was hit by a pitch. Beau Bichette and Brandon Belt were retired on strikes, but Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit a two-run homer to tie the game. In the sixth, Belt hit a solo homer to take the lead.

Seattle had runners on first and second with no outs in the bottom of the sixth on a Raleigh walk and a Ty France single. Dylan Moore followed with an RBI single to tie the game at 3-3.

Toronto took the lead in the top of the seventh when leadoff hitter Whit Merrifield was walked. Dalton Bashaw followed with a sacrifice bunt and Alejandro Kirk drew a walk to put runners on first and second. Santiago Espinal followed with an RBI single to give his team a 4-3 lead.

Seattle had runners on second and third in the bottom of the ninth on a Moore hit by pitch, a stolen base, a Colton Wong walk and a J.P. Crawford sacrifice bunt. But Julio Rodriguez and Eugenio Suarez went silent to end the game.
