South Korea won three gold, one silver and one bronze medal on the first day of the Changwon Para Shooting World Cup 2023, with Park Jin-ho setting a new world record in the R1 men’s 10-meter air rifle.

Park Jin-ho won the R1 (Men’s 10-meter Air Rifle) final at the Changwon International Shooting Center on Friday, scoring 250.5 points to set a new world record (previously 250.4).

After winning a silver and bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in 2021, the South Korean Para-shooting sensation took home gold at the World Cup in Anbang.

Lee Jang-ho earned silver with a score of 248.1.

In the R4 (SH2, mixed 10-meter air rifle) team event, Seo Hoon-tae, Park Seung-woo and Lee Myung-ho teamed up to take the top spot.토토사이트

In the P3 (Mixed 25-meter Gunpowder Pistol) final, Kim Jung-nam took first place.

In R2 (women’s 10-meter air rifle), Lee Yoon-ri finished third with 228.0 points.

More than 400 athletes from 41 countries will compete in 31 events at the Changwon Para Shooting World Cup 2023, which runs through Aug. 31.
